  • organize the work process
  • ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the equipment and the work environment
  • ensure excellent food quality
  • monitor the optimal usage of raw materials

 

Requirements

  • cook/culinary degree or qualification
  • professional work experience in Asian cuisine
  • guest-oriented approach
  • trustworthiness, independency
  • precision and loadability
  • flexibility, creativity
  • good problem-solving skills

 

Advantages

  • English knowledge
  • previous work experience in a similar field of job in a 4-5 star hotel.
